To buy a policy, all travellers must:
- have lived in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man for at least 6 of the last 12 months.
- be registered with a doctor in the country where they live.
- be travelling from and returning to the country they live in.
- be in their home country at the time of buying this policy.
- be happy they don’t already have suitable insurance cover with another provider.
- be travelling inline with advice from the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO).
